Permanent Electrical Conductivity for High-Performance Applications
At RSPTI, our Conductive Compounds are developed to impart permanent electrical conductivity to otherwise insulating polymers. Using specially formulated conductive carbon blacks and advanced compounding techniques, we ensure consistent performance, durability, and reliability across diverse industrial applications.
These compounds are available in multiple base carriers and are engineered to deliver long-lasting electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, while maintaining excellent processability.
Key Characteristics
- Electrical surface resistivity in the range of 10³ – 10⁴ Ω/sq.
- Jet-black color with a uniform matte finish
- Permanently conductive – no loss of property over time
- Conductivity unaffected by temperature or ambient humidity
